Visit the Village of the Arts for the vibrant monthly artwalk the first Friday and Saturday of every month. Discover unique galleries, studios, specialty shops, healing arts, food and music during this popular monthly event. Artwalk begins with extended hours Friday night from 6pm to 9:30pm and showcases live music, artist receptions and other special activities throughout the evening. Artwalk weekend continues on Saturday 11am to 4pm. Street parking is available through the Village. Download and a list of participating artists and merchants here.

Friday Fest (Reggae Edition) w/ Jah Movement Reggae Band and DJ Steel will be bringing you the best LIVE Reggae, Soca, Calypso, and R&B right outside by the beautiful Bayfront at Van Wezel Performing Arts Hall. Bring your lawn chairs, blankets, kids and lets have an Irie time. There will be food trucks and drink stations available. This is a FREE all ages event. There will be plenty of room to get your dance party on!
